By using fireemojicounter.com and firemoji.gg (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by The Outsiders Group LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service scores public YouTube video comments using an automated formula. Scores are for entertainment and reference only. We make no guarantee that a score reflects objective quality, popularity, or value.

Do not use the Service to harass, abuse, spam, or scrape data at scale. Do not attempt to interfere with the scoring system or infrastructure.

User content

You may submit YouTube URLs to be scored. You are responsible for the content you submit. We do not claim ownership of the videos you link to.

Third-party services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube scoring depends on the YouTube Data API and the availability of public comments. We are not responsible for YouTube API outages, quota limits, or changes to YouTube's platform.

Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms.

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that.

New subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription charge. After the guarantee window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
