Refund Policy

The short version

Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of your billing period. New subscribers get a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription charge, no questions asked.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page via the billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your plan remains fully active until the end of the current billing period.
• Your subscription is not renewed, and no further charges are made.
• Your badge messages, hourly pins, and channel connection are saved, so resubscribing picks up where you left off.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we will refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per customer.

After the guarantee window

Subscription charges are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by law. Because you can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the paid period, partial refunds for unused time are not offered.

When something goes wrong

If the service fails to deliver — for example, badge writes consistently fail on our side through no fault of YouTube's platform — reach out and we will make it right, including refunding the affected period where appropriate.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fireemojicounter.com from the email associated with your account and mention the plan you purchased. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
